Description
We are looking for a Supervisor (Quality) with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet our high standards of quality, and will work closely with our production and engineering teams to identify and resolve any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Train and supervise quality control staff
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Prepare and present reports on quality control activities to senior management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in quality control or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Experience with quality control software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
