Establishing and ensuring the systems and procedures to meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, API Spec Q1 and Monogram, PED/CE marking & ATEX requirements
Liaison with Notified bodies for Quality Management /Product certification and Customer approvals
Internal audit, Supplier Evaluation, Reevaluation and audits
Monitor Supplier rating
Support MR for conducting MRM
Preparing Organization KPI & COPQ reports
Role & Responsibilities:
+ Support Management representative (MR) for his day to day QMS activities
+ Laison with Notified bodies and Sustain - ISO 9001, IMS, PED/CE marking, API monogram, SIL, CRN certifications
+ Preparation of QMS manual, QA procedures / documents and records and maintain as per the retention period
+ Communicate changes in QMS including Quality Policy and applicable procedures within the organization and to suppliers (as applicable), Release of EPRN and EPRL
+ Uploading of current revision of QMS manual / Procedures and other documents in Omnidocs
(holding Read, write and edit approval)
+ Performing Internal Quality Audit / product and process audits, Supplier Evaluation and Re-evaluation audits as per the schedule
+ Support MR to Plan, conduct and Minutes MRM
+ To achieve KPI metrics and data analysis for identified Gaps
Prepare / Collection of Data and communicate MR on Quality objectives, KPI metrics, MOC, Risk and Opportunity identification, Assessment and contingency plan
+ Follow-up with departments for timely closure of Customer complaints
+ Provide Training and awareness
+ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of experience in QA/QC
+ Adhering to safety rules & regulations and train the team
Preferred Skills:
+ Knowledge on requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, API SPEC Q1 & API Monogram (6A, 6D and 609), PED/CE marking, and ATEX requirements
+ Knowledge in Manufacturing process requirements, Customer requirements and Codes & Standards
+ Knowledge of Quality Management System, Product standards & approvals
+ Customer interaction for product approvals and Interaction with notified bodies for Certification
+ Knowledge on Selection and Usage of appropriate Tools, Gauges & Instrument
+ Knowledge on various Problem solving techniques, Analyze problems, detect root causes and resolve issues
