We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor (Mechanical) to oversee our mechanical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects, managing a team of mechanical technicians and ensuring quality work output.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of mechanical technicians
- Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to project plans and schedules
- Ensure quality work output by the mechanical team
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
