Job Overview
We are looking Mid-Level Supervisor - Machine Shop position with 4 to 6 years of experience at out client place based at Gurgaon (Haryana) with Competitive salary range.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee machine shop operations i.e. CNC, VMC, Milling etc.
- Manage and lead a team of machine operators
- Manage the team of around 40 operators.
- Have to manage the Machine i.e. CNC, VMC programming.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine repairs and maintenance
- Optimize production processes for efficiency and productivity
Qualifications and Skills
- Required 4-6 years of experience in machine shop supervision
- Strong understanding of machine operations and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control measures
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
