Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Slitting Supervisor at Dhunseri Poly Film Pvt Ltd located in Durgapur. As a Slitting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the slitting process of plastic films, ensuring quality control, managing a team of operators, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.
Qualifications
- 06 Years experience in slitting and film manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of slitting equipment and processes
- Ability to analyze production data and troubleshoot issues
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or education is a plus
