Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day construction and interior fit-out activities at project sites in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards, and resolving any site-related issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and interior fit-out projects
• Compulsory knowledge of C&I
• Basic/general Knowledge of MEP, Electrical LT & HT works, Access Control & Surveillance Systems, and Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems
• Strong site, Labour management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or interior design
