Position description: The main purpose of this position is to plan & implement HSE at Project site. HSE Supervisor is responsible for the implementation, executive, control site work safety as a top priority.
Primary Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing Health, Safety and Environment magement system for the projects and functiolly reporting to corporate HSE.
- Implementation of HSE plan, inspection plans, checklists and formats and ensure the implementation of the same.
- Conducting Risk assessment, Job safety Alysis of activities like confined space entry, heavy lifting operation, welding and cutting operation in hazardous area, hydro and pneumatic pressure testing of pipe lines, radiography, excavation near to or under the gas and oil pipelines etc. and suggest control measures to reduce the risk, and assist to prepare method statements for all high risk jobs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Accountable to mage & advice on company operation on all HSE Matters in line with company standards and applicable legal requirements.
- Conducting HSE inspection, accident investigation and reporting, Preparation of weekly & monthly HSE reports
- To attain magement Safety meetings.
- Carrying out frequent inspections, coorditing the testing of lifting equipment's and tackles
- Safety Induction, Training & Safety Presentation for awareness of safety magement system at all level.
