Job Description

Should be good in Customer Relationship Management and Customer Engagement.
Good Liaison between Internal and External Customer being SPOC Good cognitive skills-analytics, data management (sound knowledge on MS Excel / Power Point/ MS word) Excellent Communication skills and presentation Skills Handling of MIS and organize Governance, operation review meetings with client, Risk management of SOW, SLA Contract Management, Managing Install base, Preparation / Reviewing Service Contracts with the customers for AMC / CAMC, spares and Life cycle product selling etc. Management of Key account for New Business Development, Remote Monitoring and optimisation products. Expansion of Existing Business Receivables Management etc. Should be well verse with Commercial and Legal Terminology Willing to Travel PAN INDIA for Client Meetings Technical Skills Product Knowledge Basic engineering knowledge of Product, Data Centre equipments Industry Power / IT
