Job Description
Invoice Management: Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Payment Collection: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and book the receipts.
Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging reports for management review.
Collaboration: Work closely with business team to coordinate invoicing and payment processes.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards related to accounts receivable processes.
