About the Role
As a SugarCRM Technical Support Consultant, you'll be a critical member of our team, providing advanced technical support to our SugarCRM customers. You'll delve into intricate technical issues, leverage your programming skills, and implement solutions within development environments before deploying them to production.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues reported through customer tickets.
Develop and test solutions within a development environment using SugarCRM.
Keep customers informed by notifying them when the solution is ready for testing in the development environment.
Gather feedback from customers on the implemented solution.
Oversee the deployment of the final solution to the production environment.
Perform configurations and implementations to optimize the SugarCRM platform for customer needs.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of virtualization technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Familiarity with orchestration technologies like Docker, Chef, Puppet, Vagrant, or similar tools.
Experience with source code management software such as Git or SVN.
Strong programming background, particularly in PHP.
Solid understanding of SQL databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres).
Knowledge of CRM Systems
Experience working with project management tools like Jira.
Have a valid SugarCRM certification
