Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant with extensive hands-on time off/time management experience on real-time.

JD:

1. Expertise on Positive and Negative Time Management solutioning includes Clock In, Clock out & Absences in SF Time Management

2. Certified SF Time Management Consultant

3. Expertise on Implementing the Time solution in SuccessFactors.

4. Exp. In SF Timesheet/ time tracking and Integrate with CATS 5. Good Understanding in PCR and configuring the Time Schemas in SAP ECC (HR)

6. Understand the existing Time evaluation process in ECC system and able to assess whether the solution can be fit into the SuccessFactors Time solution.

7. Able to speak with the Customer and provide the futuristic solutions as per the Business need.

8. Good analytical skills and attitude.
