Title: SuccessFactors implementation Architect

Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced and highly skilled SuccessFactors (SF) Architect to join our team. Our client is currently dissatisfied with their existing SuccessFactors implementation and requires an expert to evaluate and potentially re-implement their Employee Central module. Additionally, the role involves optimizing the Performance, Goal, Learning, Compensation, and Talent modules within their current landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Analyze the client's current SuccessFactors implementation, focusing on the Employee Central module.
- Evaluate the list of L4 level processes and associated issues provided by the client.
- Strategic Planning and Recommendation:
- Determine if a re-implementation of the Employee Central module is necessary.
- Provide expert recommendations on leveraging the Performance, Goal, Learning, Compensation, and Talent modules from the existing landscape.
- Implementation and Optimization:
- Lead the re-implementation efforts if deemed necessary, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.
- Optimize and enhance the functionality of existing SuccessFactors modules to meet the client's needs.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with the client to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates effectively to stakeholders.
- Leadership and Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors, particularly in the Employee Central module.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Architect, with a strong focus on the Employee Central module.
- Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules including Performance, Goal, Learning, Compensation, and Talent.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, evaluate, and optimize SuccessFactors implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic recommendations.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with large-scale SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to HR systems.
