Mandatory Skills:
Expertise in SuccessFactors platform functionality and role-based permission setup
Implementation of Security and Access management within SuccessFactors (with one or two implementations experience)
Setting up secure integrations (SF with other systems) following industry best practices
Proficiency in planning, executing, and communicating during large change implementation
Optional Skills (Good to Have):
ITIL Knowledge (use of ServiceNow)
Agile Knowledge & way of working
Experience and Knowledge on SARBOX, GDPR and any other regulation
Experience with other HR solutions and their integration with SAP SuccessFactors
Awareness of the latest trends in security compliance governance and its application for value creation and competitive edge
Roles and Responsibilities:
Review and Consultation on existing security and access management in SuccessFactors.
Identifying risks, proposing, and implementing mitigating controls.
Establishing industry best practices for configuration transport for the SuccessFactors landscape.
Adding new tenants to the existing SuccessFactors landscape.
In-depth review of existing Role-Based Permission setup and cleanup.
Collaborating with project/delivery teams, prioritizing business and information needs.
Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties and different teams.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
