AIETS areas of operations span from publishing to curriculum development to providing customized academic solutions to schools and coaching institutions.

We are looking for a dynamic UPSC/State PSC Faculty/Educator for full-time position. This is an Online Teaching cum content development role wherein the teacher would be creating content and recording video lectures for YouTube and other online platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparing subject-related content that is logically, factually, linguistically accurate, consistent and has error-free presentation.
• Assist team for content development
• Create attractive PPTs and PDFs for lectures
• Engage with subject matter experts to identify learning / training needs and ensure content generation / review to the scope of work and Disha standards.
• Make subject text errorless which is technically correct and appropriate.
• Take classes, test discussions and current affairs updates
• Provide mentorship and doubts sessions
• Curate additional useful content for students enrolled in online courses.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Must have UPSC teaching/Content Creation Experience of at least 3 years or taken UPSC Mains exam
• Masters or Bachelors Degree (in any stream)
• Medium of teaching: English or Bilingual (English/Hindi)
• Ability to handle online session and student queries.

Salary: Up to 55,000
