Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

- Greet and engage customers, offering personalized styling advice and exceptional service.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

2. Sales Performance:

- Drive sales through expert product knowledge and styling suggestions tailored to individual clients.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

3. Product Expertise:

- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, particularly in luxury men's wear.

- Educate clients on fabric, fit, and fashion trends, ensuring a high level of product knowledge.

4. Store Operations:

- Assist in visual merchandising to maintain the store's premium aesthetic.

- Manage inventory, including stock checks and reordering as necessary.

5. Client Management:

- Develop and manage a client book, scheduling appointments and follow-ups to ensure a personalized shopping experience.

- Handle special requests, alterations, and custom orders with attention to detail.

6. Brand Representation:

- Uphold the brand's reputation by embodying its values and providing top-tier customer service.

- Participate in store events, promotions, and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in men's wear.

- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Fashion-forward with a keen eye for detail and style.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
