Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali district. As a Study Visa & Immigration Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the Study Visa & Immigration Process. You will provide information, ensure transparency, and assist clients in achieving their desired results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in immigration consultancy or related field
• Deep knowledge of study visa and immigration regulations and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex paperwork
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Understanding of customer service principles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
