Role SummaryThe Study Abroad Advisor will play a pivotal role in assisting students through the study abroad process. This position requires a passionate individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, along with a commitment to supporting students in achieving their academic and personal goals abroad.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media
Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services through Video conferencing / Face-to-face
Guide students through the study abroad process, providing information on available programs, application procedures, and academic requirements.
- Conduct one-on-one advising sessions to help students identify suitable study-abroad opportunities based on their academic and personal objectives.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines. Collaborate with international partner institutions and program providers to coordinate study abroad programs.- Assist in the development and maintenance of program materials, including brochures, handbooks, and online resources.
Support students in completing application materials and required documentation.
- Manage the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all necessary paperwork.
Conduct pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for their study abroad experience.- Provide information on cultural adaptation, academic expectations, and logistical aspects of living abroad.
Collaborate with senior study abroad advisors to address complex student inquiries and concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with international education trends and destination-specific information.
Clear all client queries and guide them properly.- Properly utilize the leads from the help desk and turn them into assets.

Any Graduates
- Experience: Freshers / Experienced
- Special knowledge, abilities and skills: Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Education, or a related field. Previous experience in study abroad advising or international education is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications.
