Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree preferably in Counseling, Psychology, or a related domain. Candidates Engineering or related educational backgrounds can also apply

Proven experience in academic/career counselling and soft skills training.

A deep understanding of the nuances and challenges faced by tech students.

An empathetic approach fused with the capability to host engaging training sessions.

A history of designing and facilitating impactful soft skills seminars.

Outstanding communication proficiencies, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

Offer team wise and one-on-one counselling sessions, focusing on both academic and personal challenges.

Deliver soft skills workshops, emphasizing vital areas like communication, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal dynamics.

Team up with instructors and the broader Student Success Team to craft strategies assisting students in overcoming challenges.

Extend career development guidance, readying students for interviews and cultivating workplace confidence.

Conduct regular student check-ins, overseeing well-being and academic progression.

Engage with industry partners and our placement division to stay attuned to market demands, fine-tuning soft skills modules accordingly.

Stay abreast of current trends in counselling and soft skills training to ensure Emertxe continues to be at the industry's cutting edge.
