Program Development and Implementation:- Develop and coordinate student engagement programs, including workshops, events, and activities that foster community, leadership, and personal development.
Collaborate with student organizations to support their initiatives and ensure alignment with the institution's goals and values.- Assist in planning and executing large-scale events such as orientation, homecoming, and student fairs.
Student Support and Advocacy:- Serve as a point of contact for students, offering guidance and support related to campus involvement, leadership opportunities, and personal challenges.
Advocate for student needs and concerns, working closely with relevant departments to address issues and improve the student experience.Communication and Outreach:
Develop and maintain effective communication channels with students, utilizing social media, newsletters, and campus platforms to promote engagement opportunities.
