Job Overview
We are hiring for the position of Student Counselor at Stratus Info Technologies. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them make informed decisions regarding their academic and career goals. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in counselling students.
Qualifications And Skills
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in counselling students, preferably in an educational institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and patient attitude towards students
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of career assessment tools and resources
- Familiarity with the education system and academic programs
- Proficient in English, Hindi and Telugu languages
- Incentives are paid apart from Salary.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide counselling and guidance to students to help them explore their career options
- Assist students in making informed decisions regarding their educational and professional goals
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address the specific needs and concerns of students
- Assess students interests, skills, and aptitudes to recommend suitable programs or courses
