Job Title: Academic Counsellor
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (study abroad Preferred) .
As an Academic Counsellor, you will support students in achieving their academic goals through personalized guidance and planning. Your role involves providing academic advice, managing student progress, and collaborating with faculty to ensure a successful educational experience.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling or a related field in study abroad preferred.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related discipline.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to provide empathetic and effective guidance.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with academic programs, student support services, and career development strategies.
Academic Advising: Provide one-on-one counselling to students on academic planning, course selection, and career goals.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and assess student progress, identifying and addressing any academic or personal challenges.
Program Guidance: Offer information on academic programs, resources, and opportunities to help students make informed decisions.- Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, staff, and parents to support student success and address any issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and academic plans.
