Job Description

Job Title: Student Counselor (Must have experience in teaching Mathematics and Science)

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: Upto 5 LPA+ Incentives upto 10%.

Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Associate with a background in teaching Mathematics and Science. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for expanding our reach in the education sector, fostering partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and educators to promote our products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Conductions: Should make calls and Book atleast 4-5 Bookings per day and Attend and Close one conduction on week days and 4 conductions on Weekends.
  • Calling Customers: Should Call to parents and should schedule conductions
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including school administrators, teachers, and educational consultants.
  • Customized Solutions: Collaborate with the product development team to customize solutions according to client needs and feedback.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales progress, achievements, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the education or Ed-tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of Mathematics and Science education methodologies and curriculum.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
