Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Full time Student counselor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process which would include conducting engaging webinars to introduce our organization and its adherence to IMA standards, as well as leading orientation programs to help new students get started on our learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct orientation through webinars:

Lead informative and engaging webinars to introduce our organisation, our mission, and the standards set by the IMA.

Explain the importance of strict compliance with IMA guidelines

Highlight the unique aspects that differentiate our organisation from others in the field.

1. Student Onboarding Program:

Once results are published, organise and conduct orientation programs for new students.

Guide students and their parents through the onboarding process to get started on our learning platform.

Provide detailed demonstrations of platform features and ensure students are comfortable and ready to begin their courses.

Qualifications:

Graduated from a reputed college/university or must have appeared for JEE/Neet Exams or should have prior knowledge of these exams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and engagingly.

Confidence and a go-getter attitude, capable of motivating and inspiring students and parents.

Experience in handling webinars or similar large group presentations (20+ participants).
