Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor at the Indian Institute of Photography located in Noida. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, communication with students, customer service, and educational guidance on a daily basis.

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Background in Education.
• Must be target oriented and sales driven.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback.
• Assist prospective students with program information and enrollment processes.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field.
