Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor at CoachX.Live in Pune. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, communication, customer service, and education support on a daily basis to support student success.

Qualifications

  • Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Background in education or related field
  • Ability to empathize and build rapport with students
  • Inside Sales experience (Edtech Experience is preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in Inside sales or MBA in Sales and Marketing
  • Sales planning and execution skills
  • Persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under stress
  • a good team player

Roles and Responsibility

  • Establish a good rapport with potential customers to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Identify potential new customers and make initial contact through cold calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements
  • Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling and pitching the right course as per their needs.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
  • Should be keeping all the records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Providing excellent post-sales support to your clients
  • Follow up on leads and make sure a respectable % conversion rate
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets allotted
  • To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
