Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor at CoachX.Live in Pune. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, communication, customer service, and education support on a daily basis to support student success.

Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Background in education or related field
- Ability to empathize and build rapport with students
- Inside Sales experience (Edtech Experience is preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in Inside sales or MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Sales planning and execution skills
- Persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under stress

Roles and Responsibility
- Establish a good rapport with potential customers to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify potential new customers and make initial contact through cold calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements
- Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling and pitching the right course as per their needs.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Should be keeping all the records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Providing excellent post-sales support to your clients
- Follow up on leads and make sure a respectable % conversion rate
- Consistently achieve revenue targets allotted
- To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
