Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Student Advocate at PREFERus in Ahmedabad. As a Student Advocate, you will be responsible for supporting and advising students, providing academic guidance, and promoting student success. You will work closely with students, parents, and faculty to address academic concerns, provide resources, and assist with the development of educational plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with students, parents, and faculty
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Empathy and understanding of student needs and challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in student support or academic advising is preferred
• Positive attitude and passion for supporting student success
