Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Admissions Management:

- Develop and implement effective admissions strategies and processes to meet enrollment targets.

- Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

- Coordinate and conduct school tours, open houses, and informational sessions for prospective families.

- Review and evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and make admissions decisions in collaboration with school leadership.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions activities and prospective student information.
  • Marketing and Lead Generation:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the schools and attract prospective students.

- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve lead generation goals.
  • PRM (Parent Relationship Management):

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, prospective families, and the wider community.

- Implement and manage a robust PRM system to track and nurture leads through the admissions funnel.

- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective families and provide exceptional customer service.

- Organize and host events to engage with the school community and foster a positive school environment.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor the admissions and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Work closely with school principals, faculty, and staff to align admissions and marketing strategies with school goals.

- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on admissions and marketing activities, including key performance indicators and enrollment trends.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience in school admissions, marketing, and lead generation.

- Strong understanding of the education sector and admissions processes.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- High level of organization and attention to detail.
