KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Assisting CCO in compliance adherence with extant guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
- Interpreting, monitoring and advising on circulars, addendums, key regulatory and market developments with potential impacts on business
- Assisting CCO in handling Regulatory Inspection and correspondence with Regulator
- Provide adequate support during Board and Committee meetings relating to compliance matters
- Managing transaction structure from compliance standpoint
- Track policies and coordinate with stakeholders for implementation of compliance policies and align existing processes in line with regulatory changes
- Monitoring and tracking the audits conducted
- Check on Depository Participant
- Get involved in central projects of Avendus Group
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience into NBFC industry
- Considerable knowledge of Companies Act
- Company Secretary with membership number and LLB (preferred)
- Good domain knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs
- Good communication skills
