3D modelling and drafting in Solid Edge
Design of weld and pin connections.
Resolving fields failures and manufacturing issues
Physical validation of structures using strain gauges
Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop floor and Testing.
Basic Hydraulics
Roles Responsibilities:
Calculations for the design of load bearing steel structures.
Design of weld connections.
Initiation, definition and monitoring of tests and measurements
Design calculation as per Indian European standards
Selection of materials OEM parts.
Perform Fine Element analysis of steel structures using FEmap.
Preparation of 3D models and release of drawing for manufacturing
Technical clarification to internal customers, vendors suppliers.
Resolving fields failures
Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop-floor and Testing.
Study and analyse ECR, ECO received and make implementation plan
Activities specified as part of the KPIs with relevant targets and weightages shall be performed and recorded on OPEL tool/data sources connected to the KPIs periodically.
Any other activities unspecified and which is not part of the above list shall be performed as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
