Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, engineering, and delivery of customized galley solutions.
  • Manage a cross-functional, transnational team, fostering collaboration with customer service, engineering, and other departments.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables in compliance with safety standards, on time and within budget.
  • Ensure integration into project deliverables.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure that solutions meet their specific operational requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aeronautics).
  • Minimum 4 years of design experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong background in Galley and Air Cabin interior design.
  • Extensive knowledge in sheet metal design as well as extrusion profile design and manufacturing
  • Proficient in understanding Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) concepts.
  • Experience in composite design and manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience working with bolted, welded, riveted, and glued assemblies
  • Project Leading experience with a focus on global, cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
