General Position Description
The Personal Trainer is responsible for designing and executing training programs for all types of members at High 5 Performance. He/she may also be involved in motivating, educating and guiding athletes about rest, recovery and proper nutrition strategies to help them achieve their goals to the best of their ability.
Role and Responsibilities
Design and implement training programs for all members in a manner that reflects research driven practices
Conduct fitness assessments and training sessions in a semi-private setting
Consistently update and organize member records, programs and files.
Maintain an open line of communication with the other training staff, sport coaches, and physiotherapist
Responsible for holding the standards for exercise execution in regards to technique and safety
Enforce all the facility Rules and Regulations
Maintain personal health and strength train consistently
Required Qualifications
ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Must posess
Current CPR/ AED/ BLS certification
At least 1 year of training experience
Practical application and knowledge skills in techniques of strength training
Additional Skills
Excellent communication skills and customer service
Fluency in English
Basic computer skills MS Excel & Word
