Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy consulting, with 2-5 years of experience. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze business operations, develop strategic plans, and implement solutions that enhance performance and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored strategic solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with client stakeholders.
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive business analyses to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to address client needs.

Project Management:
- Lead and manage strategy consulting projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.

- Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase.

Education:
