Role Description

1. This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Engineer / Procurement executive .

2. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end sourcing process including data

collection, price benchmarking, vendor research, vendor pre-qualification (sampling included), running the

RFPs and auctions and presenting the award scenarios.

3. It would also involve data analytics to prepare cost and technical comparisons.

Qualifications

1. Experience in Purchasing/Sourcing services.

2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

3. Diploma/degree in mechanical/civil engineering

4. Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing

5. Experience in the retail / manufacturing industry is a plus

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must Have skills :-

1. Good working knowledge of vendor Sourcing and online sourcing tools and processes like eRFPs and Auctions

2. Good MS Excel skills.

3. Good Communication skills.

4. Good understanding of at least one ERP SAP / Oracle/ etc..
