What You'll Do:
  • Sell Sponsorship Packages: Leverage your sales and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and drive closures.
  • Research and Identify Leads: Focus on corporate sponsorships, negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, preparing weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Coordinate Sales Efforts: Work with the department head, analyzing market potential and staying abreast of promotional trends.
  • Travel: Cultivate relationships and secure sponsorship opportunities as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: Event sales and sponsorship experience, with 0 to 3 years of work experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities to align with Hurun Report's ambitious vision in India.
  • Attitude: A go-getter attitude with a passion for driving impactful change.
  • Education: Candidates with excellent academic qualifications are preferred, as they often demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and dedication.

Immediate Objectives:
  • Research and identify leads for corporate sponsorships.
