Designation : Strategic Sales Representative
- Location : Nashik, Pune, Mumbai.
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Strategic Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in selling mechanical or engineering
products, with a preference for expertise in Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, and Backflush Filters.

Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Nasik (At the time of application please mention your preference)
Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration:
o Identify potential clients and develop a robust sales pipeline.
o Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
o Promote our mechanical and engineering products to prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
o Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
o Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
o Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies as needed.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals:
o Conduct negotiations with clients, emphasizing the value proposition of our products.
o Close sales deals efficiently and effectively.
o Handle objections and address client concerns.
- Communication and Presentation Skills:
o Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients.
o Articulate technical details in a clear and concise manner.
o Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals.
- Qualifications:
o Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably from a reputed B school).
o Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in mechanical or engineering productsales.
o Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, and Backflush Filters.
o Skills: - Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
Ability to build effective sales strategies.
- Additional Information:
o Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
o Compensation will include a competitive base salary, commission, and performance- based incentives.
Experience & Qualification: - Min 5-6 Yrs. of Experience in relative industry

- Feasible to travel Nationwide.
