Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Campaigns: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and craft data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform strategy development.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a key advisor to clients, presenting strategic recommendations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Creative Briefing: Translate strategic insights into clear, actionable creative briefs for the creative and production teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, creatives, and data analysts to ensure the strategy is effectively executed across all channels.
  • Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a strategic planning role, preferably within a digital agency or related industry.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Client-Focused: Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering client satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends and how to leverage them for client success.
  • Experience in developing strategies for a diverse range of industries.
