Position: Senior Manager Alliances and Strategic Partnerships

We seek a results-driven Senior Manager with experience in HR tech, SaaS, or related industries to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, particularly with companies like Ceipal, Bullhorn, Zoho, and other recruitment and HR technology providers.
Key Responsibilities:Partnership Development:
- Identify and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including SaaS providers, LMS platforms, HR tech firms, and EdTech companies.
- Develop alliances that align with ACHNET's long-term growth and product development strategy.
Alliance Strategy:
- Define and execute ACHNET's alliance plan, creating partnerships that enhance our offerings.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to integrate new partnerships smoothly.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with leadership to align partnership efforts with business objectives, creating business cases and partnership agreements.
- Drive initiatives that support growth, enhance the user experience, and expand revenue streams.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue through alliances by identifying new markets and business models and negotiating favorable partnership terms.
Market Expansion:
- Focus on global expansion, targeting partnerships in key regions such as GCC, US, Europe, and APAC.
Technology Integration:
- Oversee the integration of partner products and services into ACHNET's platform, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
Relationship Management:
- Manage and maintain partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.
- Track key performance metrics and evaluate partnership outcomes.
Thought Leadership:
- Represent ACHNET at events and industry conferences, reinforcing brand presence and exploring new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:Experience:
- 8+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or partnerships, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, EdTech, or similar industries.
- Experience working with HR and recruitment platforms, such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, Zoho, or equivalent, is preferred.
Track Record:
- Proven success in building revenue-generating partnerships with global technology firms and enterprise clients.
Strategic Thinking:
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement partnership strategies that support revenue and product growth.
Negotiation Skills:
- Skilled in negotiating complex deals, structuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Business Acumen:
- Strong understanding of SaaS models, digital ecosystems, and HR technology.
Tech Savvy:
- Experience with technology integrations, APIs, and understanding of HR tech and SaaS markets.
Communication & Leadership:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage relationships.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing cross-functional initiatives effectively.
