Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Availability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Project management certification or similar qualifications will be considered a plus.

Education

  • Master's degree in business administration or related field. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Help prepare and manage external and internal visitor's agenda. Focus will be in helping organize office-wide events, external outreach meetings, and university visits.
  • Support efforts to drive a consistent employee experience by actively participating in the engagement committee and managing the coordination of cross-entity events.
  • Support critical local regulatory documentation filing and manage local government audits as required.
  • Provide project management support to the Global Capability Center initiatives that have an office-wide impact.
  • Monitor centralized engagement and local strategic initiatives expenses to ensure compliance with budget requirements.
  • Support the Capability Center Country Heads in implementing response actions to the feedback received from the Business Engagement Survey.
  • Manage the relationship with vendors that are providing support to local business initiatives.
  • Develop and manager robust local onboarding program to ensure a world class experience for all new joiners across all entities Provide support to the location internal communication framework by managing the Country Capability Center Expo Page. Responsible for updating information, collecting data, and coordinating across all line of business toto ensure seamless information flow to employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide logistics support and help coordinate local townhalls, country leaderships and operating forums.
  • Participate in ad-hoc initiatives and project as requested by the Capability Center Country Head.

About The Team

Join our dynamic team as an Office Manager at our India facility. You will play a vital role in supporting the Global Capability Center local initiatives and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. As a key liaison between India offices and Moody's headquarters in New York, you will contribute to the coordination of office events, onboarding processes, and compliance with local regulations. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with global teams will be essential in driving business success and maintaining a productive office environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment while making a meaningful impact on our operations.
