About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join our team as a Strategic Initiatives Lead with a strong focus on technology. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and executing critical initiatives that leverage technology to achieve our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Initiatives:
- Partner with the executive leadership team to define and champion technology-driven strategic initiatives.
- Deep dive into emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for technology-based initiatives, highlighting ROI and strategic alignment.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprised of engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project lifecycles, including budgeting, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines.
- Analyse project results and provide insightful recommendations to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
- Expertise:
- Utilize your engineering background to understand the technical complexities of proposed initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and identify opportunities for integration within your projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure initiatives are feasible, scalable, and secure.
- Be a champion for a culture of continuous learning within the team, fostering exploration of new technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate from Tier I B-school
- 8+ years of experience in a technical or engineering role, with a proven track record of success
- Understanding of various data platform and master data management tools will be an added advantage
- Experience in working with Global customers based in US in manufacturing, chemicals and CPG
- Experience in consulting organizations with focus on driving multiple streams
- Strong understanding of business strategy and a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business value
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments
- A passion for learning and staying up to date on the latest technology trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
