Job Description

Role: Strategic HR Manager

  • Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies
  • Manage employee relations and resolve issues
Manage recruitment, Payroll, and retention
  • Implement performance appraisal systems (Design, implement, and track KPIs & KRAs)
Manage training and development programs
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits
Ensure compliance with labor laws & other related compliances
  • Qualifications & Experience:
MBA HR
  • 7-10 years in HR management for 100-400 employees (Service Organisation Preferred)
  • Skills:
Strategic Planning
  • Employee Relations
Talent Management
  • Compliance and Risk Management
Leadership and Communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 60,
  • 00 - 90,000.00 per month

    Benefits:
