Role: Strategic HR Manager
Develop and implement HR strategies
- Manage employee relations and resolve issues
Manage recruitment, Payroll, and retention- Implement performance appraisal systems (Design, implement, and track KPIs & KRAs)
Manage training and development programs
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits
Ensure compliance with labor laws & other related compliances
- Qualifications & Experience:
MBA HR- 7-10 years in HR management for 100-400 employees (Service Organisation Preferred)

Pay: 60,- 00 - 90,000.00 per month
