Strategic Communications- Leadership & Brand Positioning Content
Purpose : To lead our content strategy and execution. The ideal candidate shall have a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record of brand & leadership positioning by creating compelling content that engages and educates key stakeholders; e.g. media, investors, partners, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Development and Analysis :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable content plans catering to stakeholders involving government officials, investors, media partners, industry forums, etc.
- Oversee the creation of thought leadership pieces, white papers, case studies, and other strategic content assets.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging guidelines across all content touchpoints.
- Ability to position & captivate readers through the eloquence, persuasive, clarity, and compelling communications.
- Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and stakeholders to amplify content reach and impact.
- Drive content localization and adaptation for different regions and target audiences as needed.
- Conduct research and stay updated on climate change, industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform content development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment and consistency.
- Oversee & corelate with content distribution channels and optimize content performance through SEO, analytics, and other relevant metrics for maximum amplification.
- Lead efforts of content writers, editors, and strategists to produce high-quality content across various channels, including national/international events, websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Education Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in liberal arts (Economics, Literature, English, History, Sociology, Political Science, Journalism, etc.) or related field from Tier 1 institute
- Advance degree from a premier college(preferred)
Work Experience :
- 15-17 years of proven experience in brand & leadership positioning content strategy, creation, and management, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
- Ability to work with multiple partners & leaders and ensure articulate writing by providing insights, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the subject matter.
Desired Skills :
- Ability to meaningfully engage at CxO levels.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing principles, and digital publishing platforms.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of content professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and project management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
