Role Description
The Strategic Alliance Manager is responsible for identifying and on boarding lenders (banks, NBFCs, credit unions, etc.) to Bigmudra's platform. This role will involve building strong relationships and onboarding of new lenders, guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring all technical
Key Responsibilities
Lender Recruitment & Relationship Building:
Identify and approach new lenders that align with [Company Name]s strategic objectives and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with lenders to drive engagement and ensure long-term partnerships.
Onboarding Process Management:
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, from initial engagement to full integration with the platform.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, compliance, technology) to ensure smooth onboarding and timely issue resolution.
Guide lenders through platform training and provide ongoing support during and after the onboarding phase.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure that all onboarding processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Collect and manage all necessary documentation, agreements, and certifications from lenders.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements in the onboarding process to increase efficiency, scalability, and lender satisfaction.
Gather feedback from lenders to continuously refine onboarding procedures and enhance platform usability.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track key metrics related to lender onboarding, such as time to onboard, number of new lenders, and lender satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on onboarding progress, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in managing external relationships and onboarding partners.
Familiarity with banking or financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Knowledge of lending products (personal loans, mortgages, credit cards) and how they are distributed.
Proficiency in CRM systems and onboarding/project management tools.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
