Job Description for Strategic Alliance Manager for TSP Channel
We are a leading FinTech firm seeking a highly skilled Partnership Alliance professional with TSP (Third-party Service Provider) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with TSPs, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring key business objectives are met. As a Partnership Alliance manager with TSP, you will be responsible for fostering relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through effective collaboration. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute partnership strategies with TSPs to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with TSPs to extend our product offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at TSPs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement joint marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities in partnerships with TSPs.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements with TSPs, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in partnership strategies and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in partnership management within the FinTech industry.
Strong knowledge of TSPs and industry regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets through effective partnership strategies.
