Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance clients presence and sales on eCommerce platforms.
Operational Support: Address and resolve clients operational issues promptly and efficiently.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor clients performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and execute effective social media campaigns and other marketing activities.
Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates on performance, strategy adjustments, and new opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, strategy outcomes, and future plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream, B.Com, BBA etc.
Knowledge in account management and Ecommerce Platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office.
