Responsibilities:

1) Co coordinating with the FG Dispatch Executive for daily dispatches.

2) Ensuring accuracy in operations and supporting documentation.

3) Maintaining proper inward and outward register, making GRN for all bills.

4) Maintaining sales order file pending and dispatched for Sister company

5) Proving dispatch LR details to Sister companies sales team immediately.

6) Managing vehicle for dispatches and calling vehicle from local on time if company vehicle not available.

7) Taking continues follow-up with supplier for required material (shortages in MSL) for both the company.

8) Manage the smooth working of designated operations as per the standard operating procedure.

9) Submitdaily stock of both company and also dispatch details of both company.

10) To take the physically stock of each material twice in a week and also providing monthly stock taking physical statement to manager.

11) To put the labels with visual photo on the goods by proper stacking and display.

12) To clean the total Stores area and maintain hygiene and also yellow marking should be done properly to maintain all 5S requirement.

13) To do the other activity i.e. 5S, LEAN, KANBAN, 7 WASTES

14) Highlight the non moving materials. Red tagging the same and elimination the same with higher authority permission.

15) If any query immediately informed to our seniors.

16) Diesels inward and outward records

17) Maintaining all 4 files, inwards , Outwards and sales order.

18) Any other work given by director
