Responsibilities:

ERP Data entry & reporting

Material inward / outword

Material planning as per customer schedule / Sale order.- Material Procurement.

Preparation invoice, Purchase order in ERP

Sub contracting material dispatch / receipt and reconciliation.

Inventory management RM & Store stock maintainance

> Inventory management for Finish Goods

>Implement and sustain Kanban and FIFO system

Set and ensure delivery against set of metrics including:

- On time material procurement

- On time material Dispatch to customer as per schedule.

- Material issue to shop and reconciliation.

- Finish good

- Bill raising & follow up

- Key account manager for customer receivable and follow up
