About the Role:
Commando Security Force is seeking a diligent and detail-orientedStores Officerto manage inventory and ensure the smooth functioning of our storekeeping operations at our cement project in Nagaur. This role requires effective management of engineering spare parts, materials, and inventory systems, while ensuring compliance with the company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Operate and maintain an effective storage system for engineering spare parts according to the designed manual.
- Manage correct stock levels and ensure all materials are receipted and booked into the materials management system (SAP-04).
- Perform physical verification and moisture treatment for raw materials.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of all materials transactions in the stores.
- Ensure correct accounting of packing bags storage, transfer, and consumption.
- Inventory Control Systems:
- Implement perpetual inventory systems to maintain stock accuracy.
- Perform inventory analysis using ABC, XYZ, and FSN tools.
- Critical Spares & Insurance:
- Identify and manage insurance and critical spares, ensuring proper accounting treatment.
- Coordination and Reporting:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage stock levels and availability.
- Generate reports using Excel and Word for accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education:Graduate with Materials Management specialization.
- Experience:Minimum of 1 Year of experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP-04 Inventory Management System andexperience with GRN (Goods Receipt Note)processes.
- StrongMicrosoft Exceland Word skills.
- Knowledge of inventory analysis tools such as ABC, XYZ, and FSN.
