Position Title: Store Supervisor (1 Year Renewable Contract) (TMS Payroll)

Experience: 2-3 years

Qualifications: BE / Diploma Mechanical Engineer

Job Location:Mahape, Navi-Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and allocate resources for dispenser testing activities.

Lead opening meetings with operators to ensure clear understanding of testing procedures.

Provide technical support and guidance during the testing process.

Coordinate and manage TPI for key customers such as IOCL, BPCL, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Prepare and maintain TPI-related documentation, including offer letters, Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), and witness reports.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documents.

Ensure that dispenser unit (DU) testing results are reported as First Time Right by addressing issues proactively and ensuring consistency in testing.

Provide support for the Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) team in clearing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).

Ensure timely follow-ups on any quality discrepancies identified during IQA processes.

Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding product rejections and quality issues.

Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.

Manage and maintain other quality-related documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with company standards.

Be willing to work across all three shifts (General, Afternoon, and Night) to meet business demands and support ongoing testing and quality assurance activities.

Skill Set:

Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and testing procedures.

Experience with TPI documentation and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multi-shift environment.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
