Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Sales Manager at eTerior - Customised Furniture Manufacturer Bangalore. As a Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store in Bengaluru and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your tasks will include overseeing sales activities, managing inventory, training and supervising staff, and maintaining the visual appeal of the showroom. Your goal will be to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and promote our brand.

CTC: 3 LPA - 4 LPA

• Key Responsibilities:
• Proven experience in a sales or retail management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
• Proficiency in inventory management
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Availability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Supporting the team with other responsibilities as required

Qualification:

• Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
• Effective Communication Skills

Preferred Candidate:

• Knowledge of furniture design and trends
• A passion for interior design and creating beautiful spaces
• Having two-wheeler
• Prior Experience in Furniture Manufacturing Industry
