Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in local languages (Tamil) is highly desirable
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash, credit, and gift card payments
